History: Even though he has the Ross Ice shelf, he is a rather small Antarctic country. Having trouble growing up, he was raised by Nhineira, who also had trouble. The two grew up together, but gradually grew apart, when he went to war with her for money and food disputes. After the war, he had become very poor. Like his sister, Antártica, he got donated a lot of money from his siblings and became almost as rich as Antártica. In the Antarctic Independence War, he helped fight against Queen Maud land, providing most of the military equipment. Later, he became allies with Queen Maud Land. He constantly is asking Antártica, Nhineira, and Queen Maud Land to marry him in desperation of land. This is because every year, he's losing a little land to global warming, and henceforth needs more before he completely disappears. Every summer, he gets sick, and every year it gets worse as the ozone hole over Antarctica becomes larger.

Personality: Ross is a very shy and serious person. When he talks, he talks softly, but without stuttering. If you get to know him better, you'll know he's the prince type of person. He likes to dance to classical music, and most preferrably with a partner. (Which is usually one of his sisters, or Queen Maud Land.) He also has a taste for expensive things, like Antártica, often drinking rare teas, coffees, and hot chocolates.
